Identifying opportunities for self development
Working to a brief gives the chance to create new skills through analysis the types of briefs and being able to over come certain situations and problems.
As an assistant director I will be assisting the director with different creative ideas which may benefit the product even more, I will also be following up/checking on any mistakes made by the director.
A key area for my self development could be communication for example being able to pitch an idea clearly and get a point across well enough, learning new techniques within communication is another key area for self development.
