Being assigned the role as editor, it is my duty to make sure the film is put together properly and edited correctly. This task also requires a great amount of organisation skills, therefore I created bins on Final Cut X to separate all the shots and put them in order of the different scenes they were from. For example all of the church scene shots would be in a different bin to the street scene shots.
After this I will have to rename all the clips and label them either good take or bad take depending on which is a good take or bad take, then I will also have to label the shot type it is swell e.g. mid shot, long shot.
